PRICES
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rates. All prices are subject to change; however any changes will be notified to you prior to us accepting your order Prices are shown excluding delivery. There is no minimum order value.

ORDERS
Orders can be made via email or telephone for collection in person, you can also order online, email, telephone, fax and post. If you order on line or by email we will email you as soon as possible to confirm your order. If you have any queries regarding an item please do not hesitate to call us on 0131 556 5720 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm or alternatively you can email us at windowc.s@btconnect.com. We reserve the right to cancel any orders

PAYMENT
We are able to accept payment by credit & debit cards, cheque or postal order. Payment must be made in full. Payment for goods is subject to clearance prior to order being dispatched. We cannot be held responsible if the card issuing company refuses or does not authorise payments.

AVAILABILITY
We try to keep in stock for immediate dispatch all items shown on our website; however all items are subject to availability. You will be notified immediately of any stock, which is unavailable. You will only be charged for items, which are in stock, and given the option to purchase non-stock items as and when they become available.

DELIVERY
Orders received by 3p Monday to Friday will normally be processed the same day. Orders will be dipatched as soon as possible and may take up to 7 working days however we aim to send most items 1st class and should take considerably less time.

QUERIES & COMPLAINTS
PAYMENT Our aim at Window Clean Supplies is to deal with all complaints and resolve any disputes as quickly and amicably as possible. In the event of a complaint please contact us at windowc.s@btconnect.com or by telephone on 0131 556 5720. If you are not satisfied with any items which you orderd you may return them at your own expense within 5 days, all returned items must be unsed and in the condition in which you received them.
